Minotel Suisse

I absolutely loved staying here. It made my holiday better, and everything I could need was there. The hotel was warm and cozy, with excellent cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. Room slippers would have made it even more comfortable, though. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hotel has a lovely traditional feel and a real sense of history. Our room was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had a stunning mountain view. A special hello to Woland at reception, the very friendly, affectionate dog who added a personal touch to our stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the gluten-free options were well organized. I have celiac disease, so I really appreciated that care. From the facilities to the service, the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and we had a heartwarming stay. We'd gladly visit again and recommend the hotel.

The staff were friendly and even offered us a cheese and charcuterie platter 😋 Breakfast was great too. The surroundings are beautiful, though the windows aren't double glazed, so we could hear people outside.

Breakfast was good quality, and the morning view from the windows was breathtaking. It's a clean, well-maintained hotel in a traditional building in Poschiavo.
