The view over the marina was beautiful, and the service was friendly and attentive. I had the daily lunch special: Riesling soup, whitefish fillet with saffron rice and broccoli, then tiramisu. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the price was unbeatable. A first-class experience!

The lakefront location is hard to beat, and the restaurant food was surprisingly good. The staff we met were all extremely friendly, and everything we saw, including our very clean room, the restaurant, lobby, and restrooms by reception, was spotless. Breakfast was adequate, with everything we needed. We’d gladly come back for lunch or dinner, but we can’t picture a holiday or even a short break at Hotel Inseli. The hotel feels dated and old-fashioned. Some renovations have been done, but they haven’t made the place feel consistent. The ambiance could use an update.

The lake view, a comfortable bed, and a friendly receptionist made me feel at ease. I especially enjoyed the tomato and mozzarella salad in the morning. I wish I could have stayed longer!
