The family running this place are so warm and friendly, and it's a perfect spot for kids. The food is incredible, especially the homemade ravioli, which was the best I've ever had. They also make fresh pasta and soups, and the brick oven pizzas are great.

We spent a long weekend here with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter. The staff were really kind and helpful, which matters a lot when you're travelling with kids, and the hotel restaurant served very good food. The village is lovely, and the hotel's location made getting around easy. In summer, the hotel price includes local public transport, including the gondolas five minutes away, which are handy for starting mountain treks. I also went on cycling rides down Julierpass and up Albulapass, and the location worked perfectly for those. There's a small lagoon nearby that was great for the kids. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The food was good, but service was poor, with things being forgotten all the time. Some portions were almost insulting. The Cordon Bleu was the smallest I've ever had.

The food was okay, but the service was a complete no-go. We waited 55 minutes for a Kinderpizza, had to ask four times before getting napkins, and were still waiting for a fork. Never again.
