The room had no lights and no TV, and the beds were uncomfortable. When we arrived in the evening, reception was closed. The man never came out and was rude on the phone. We’d booked two nights, but it was impossible to stay, so we left after one. The way my family and I were treated felt disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Calling this place a hotel feels wrong, it was more like a horror spot. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, even my worst enemy. A really bad hotel.

It felt just like home, and the food was delicious and freshly made. The waiters and chefs were especially kind over New Year’s and prepared lots of good food. I loved it and would go again. Definitely recommended!

We were tired and hungry when we turned up during closed hours, but they still welcomed us in. The staff treated us like family, even making special pasta for the kids. The pizza was world class, the drinks were amazing, and the service was top notch. We ate here twice during our stay in Sedrun. A must stop.
