I tried several dishes and found them excellent, while the rest looked delicious too. The food was tasty, the waiters were friendly, and the view over Solothurn's old town was beautiful. They were also very tolerant of children and seniors. I can recommend all the meals.

It's a tidy, clean, fairly ordinary place. The shower curtain lost it a star, and breakfast cost it another.

I found it calm and well connected, which worked well for a business trip. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner.

The staff were really friendly. It's an old-style hotel, so you'll like it if that sort of thing suits you.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms' look and feel seemed a bit dated, though.
