They forgot the patient's medication and phone when they went out. Communication was appalling, and the staff's German was broken. They were disrespectful of patients and their needs, taking their frustration out on the patient by withholding dinner even though it had never been cancelled. They also spoke down to patients and weren't professional.

The rooms are functional and very clean, though they have the feel of a hospital room.

Friendly service and a good menu. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

After our visit, they denied saying, “He doesn't need a doctor,” and blamed us. The patient was then refused any further treatment, all because of a phone call. In a serious situation, they shifted responsibility. The treatment of patients was extremely poor. Scandalous!

The homemade iced tea is tasty, and the fish nuggets are sensational. I haven't had ones this delicious in a long time. The cordon bleu and fries are good, too. I always appreciate having salt and pepper mills on the table. The staff are very friendly, hot food is served all day, and it's nicely decorated. Very child-friendly, too.
