B&B La Scala

I came to La Scala on a whim after taking a day off, hoping for quiet, nature, and a chance to unwind. It gave me all of that, and more. The food made by the hostess was incredibly good, and the central location still feels close to nature. The house is furnished with care, and Ursina made me feel welcome with her warmth and conversation. Those hours were a real reset for me. Thank you so much, dear Ursina. I’d love to return, and I wish you all the best until next time.

Just a few minutes by car from Chur, this place feels like a small paradise. The house has been renovated beautifully, with real care in the details. Rafaelle and Ursina looked after us so well, and we loved the seasonal meals and breakfast. We’ll be back ♡

The terrace is a lovely spot, with comfortable seats, careful planting, and wide views across the landscape. I stayed one night at La Scala, both the B&B and holiday apartment, and was impressed by the hillside setting. It’s peaceful but still easy to reach, with parking on site and fast Wi-Fi. From here, you can head into nature or visit nearby small towns, or just take it easy. Inside, my room was spotless and tastefully done. It had good linens, a properly equipped kitchenette, and thoughtful extras like tea, coffee, and fresh flowers. The hostess was attentive, friendly, and helpful without hovering. She shared local ideas for restaurants, walks, and tucked-away places I wouldn’t have found on my own. The hygiene arrangements also seemed well considered. La Scala is a real find if you’re after a quiet, comfortable stay with genuine hospitality. I’d happily return for longer.

We settled right in and really liked our room and the house. The sunset from the rooftop terrace was a highlight. There’s a generous breakfast with homemade and local treats, and the hosts gave us a lovely welcome. BnB la Scala is in the quiet village of Trin, easy to reach by car or post bus. The renovation and furnishings show so much care, and you can tell the hosts put their hearts into the place. :)
