I won’t be returning after a very bad experience. Even when we tried to work out a reasonable solution, Gasthaus Alpina charged the full amount and showed no flexibility. The way it was handled felt unfair and unfriendly to guests.

The hosts were so sweet, and we had a lovely dinner and breakfast. They make homemade bread and offer lactose-free options. Our family room had a great view and plenty of space for four or five people. It was wonderful to relax in the peaceful, beautiful surroundings, dip in the pool, and watch the mountains and the little goats jumping around. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the place. We’ll be back 😀.

We felt at home as soon as Sandra greeted us, and everything at Gasthaus Alpina was clean and homey. This was our first trip to Switzerland, and the gorgeous area and beautiful views were beyond what we expected. We chose half board, with dinner and breakfast included. Sandra was very caring, and the tasty dinner had four courses. Breakfast was a little small for us: bread, ham, cheese, and muesli. Eggs and bacon were available for an extra charge. We loved staying here and would definitely return someday. It’s a 100% recommendation if you’re after a quiet, meditative vacation. 🥰

Sandra readily helped us sort out an issue with our car windscreen, and we were treated to a delicious four-course Christmas meal. We were a family of four with children and felt very welcome. Our family room was clean, comfortable, nicely designed, and had great views. We appreciated that the place keeps its traditions while adding modern touches where they’re useful. Thank you.

We had a wonderful weekend as a family. The place is cozy and kid-friendly, and the hosts were very friendly. They even let us charge our EV there. The only letdown was the weather, though they assured me they couldn’t influence it.
