Hotel Post Hardermannli

The Alps view was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks to Kim, Inés, Mariana, Susana, and Tommy for giving us such a great experience. If we come back to Interlaken, we'll stay here again. Best regards!

I had a lovely stay at this cozy hotel with my parents. The staff were kind and attentive, and breakfast was really fresh, apparently from a nearby organic farm.

The biggest drawback for us was the lack of a lift. We were on the second floor, the third by non-European floor numbering, and had to haul heavy luggage up the stairs. The room was functional, though the toilet was tiny, like one in a Japanese business hotel. Breakfast was average, with standard continental options. It's a cute little place with very friendly staff, about a five-minute walk from Interlaken West station. I recommend it, just keep the stairs in mind.

For CHF 170 a night, I found it overpriced, though that's Interlaken. I stayed one night and the room was narrow, with simple wooden beds and a basic feel. There's no elevator, and the key system is outdated. The bathroom had been recently redone, and the building looks very nice from outside. The location works well for exploring the area, with the train station just around the corner. Three stars feels fair to me.
