Jean-Louis was especially welcoming and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. He offered me breakfast at no charge and surprised me with a small gift, a thoughtful gesture that made the visit even more memorable. The whole team helped make it a pleasant stay, and I'd happily return to Hotel Rössli. Getting around was easy, with both the train and bus stations close by, which made it convenient to explore Interlaken. I highly recommend the hotel.

My room was a peaceful, comfortable single with an attached bathroom. The hotel's location in Unterseen is my favorite near Interlaken. It's a charming town close to Interlaken West Station, with a lovely view on the walk there. I didn't know the city beforehand, but couldn't have wished for a better location. The owner is kind-hearted and shared some wise advice with me. The staff and owner felt like family, helping me get around patiently and giving their time and attention. They showed me maps, helped with tickets, and walked me through things step by step. That kindness carried through to breakfast and laundry too, and they seemed ready to accommodate whatever I needed. I've been traveling around Europe, and this was my best experience as a guest. It matters when employees are treated well and happy, and it shows here. The staff have been there for over ten years, not by coincidence. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Interlaken and the surrounding area, very close to Interlaken West station.

The people who run this hotel were the best part of my stay. The owner and staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and the owner gave me a gift that made me feel appreciated and at home. The hotel has a rich history and a distinctive character, with traditional charm and a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. It's beautifully situated at the foot of the mountains, with breathtaking scenery all around and convenient access for exploring the region. I also enjoyed the food and drinks: excellent tea, delicious coffee, and fresh, varied, tasty breakfasts that put me in a good mood each morning. I left with many happy memories and hope to stay here again on my next trip to Switzerland. The scenery, location, historic feel, food, and kind people made the stay enjoyable and unforgettable.
