I’ve been coming here for 20 years, and I still stay in the same room and sleep in the same bed. That’s why it gets five stars from me.

We felt comfortable, though we didn’t end up in the apartment we’d booked. They put us in a private apartment at the same location instead. The beds and mattresses there were cheap Ikea ones, and they didn’t make for a restful holiday. By the end of the week, we were glad to be sleeping in our own beds again.

We had a lovely view from a convenient apartment close to the cross-country ski trail. Ms. Brazerol was especially helpful, and we could even rent a garage. The building’s elevator made getting things from the car up to the apartment easy with the luggage carts they provide.

Booking was easy and pleasant. Chesa Cravas has a spacious, spotless apartment in a great spot, with a bus stop right outside for easy access to the ski lift and more.

The food and service were top-notch. It’s a great restaurant with a rustic feel.
