We especially appreciated the mix of adult-only wellness areas with staff who were so good with kids, plus fun activities in and around the hotel and great family room options. We were traveling as a family and felt very well looked after throughout. The food and atmosphere were excellent, and we had a fantastic time.

The breakfast buffet is impressive, with loads of cheeses, pastries, croissants, several kinds of bread, fruit, a wide yogurt selection, and real fresh orange juice. They also offer free drinks on every floor, including mineral water, orange juice, and tea. At check-in we were offered a welcome drink, and the staff were professional and welcoming. Room 330 was very quiet and had a beautiful bathroom. Electric bikes are available at no charge, and overnight guests get a card for free trains, buses, and cable cars around the region. A very nice stay at this hotel, which I highly recommend.
