The reception is a robot, and the check-in reservation number never works. Every time I've arrived, I've waited more than an hour to get checked in, and twice I was given a dirty, used room. The rooms have no fridge or AC, and they're hot in summer. You can't cook in the room either. Worst reception ever!

The location is amazing, which is why we've stayed here twice. On our first visit, check-in was troublesome, and once we got through it, someone was already in our room. This time we booked a suite with a double bed, and the photos showed a nice bath. We got neither, and the room was extremely cold because the heating didn't work. After all the disappointments, we didn't even feel like asking for help. I don't think we'll book here again.

The rooms are comfortable enough and the TV is big. Most things about the hotel are quite nice. The self-service setup wasn't working when I arrived, though, so I ended up doing everything while on the phone with a woman who was handling everything from her end.

The rooms were bare, with no fridge or much of anything. The cafeteria's location was described inconsistently, and the coffee machine was broken. All they had was bread and water. Check-in instructions were confusing, and there was no local phone for support. I had to call using my foreign mobile and pay outrageous rates before I could get help and settle in.

Clean, simple rooms at a low price, just a very short walk from the railway station.
