I was here for a business trip to Wil and a nearby town. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had decent fittings, though it looked a little dated. The bed was comfortable enough, and the bathroom had a good-sized bath and a decent shower. Views aren't a strong point in a town hotel. The staff were friendly enough, but reception is usually unattended, so you need to call the restaurant to get someone to check you in. Breakfast was fine, though local guests had cleared out the breads and pastries by the time I arrived at 8am. One small annoyance: Swiss plugs are slightly smaller than the rest of the EU's, which can be a pain when you need to charge your phone.

The owner stopped by to say hello during our meal, which was a lovely, friendly touch. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the food was wonderful. It's pricey, but the quality and creative dishes make it feel worth it. The curry is delicious, and there's a big wine list with something for every taste. Highly recommend!

The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. There's a nice continental breakfast, or they'll make whatever else you like, and dinner is amazing. They use great local produce and meats, and do fantastic Thai and Indian dishes. The hotel is very nice and makes a great central base for day trips around the area.

The staff are especially nice, and the rooms should suit anyone staying here. Breakfast could be better, though. The eggs were inconsistent, ranging from barely boiled to overboiled. Internet speed depends on where you are in the building, but generally it's really good. Nice hotel.

It's a lovely, central place with friendly staff who are accommodating. Getting around with a trolley or wheelchair is a little complicated, so that's the one reason I'd take off a star. Still, it's a fantastic place to stay.
