The hotel and location are great, but room service could be a lot better. The soap dispensers were empty from the day I checked in, and they didn't clean the room even though I'd left the door tag asking them to.

The only good thing was the check-in machine under the stairs. It was easy to use and available anytime. Parking was really difficult, with only five spaces for the whole hotel. Our bed was completely worn out and broken in the middle. The room was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There were lots of stains and long black hairs on the bed, and the towels looked used too. This was by far the worst accommodation I've ever seen. Whatever the room's age, it should be clean and the bed should have fresh linens. We were charged around 140 Swiss francs. Really not good.

The room itself was quite nice. But when I arrived, the heating was off and all the windows were tilted open, even though it was -2°C outside. It might be better to close the windows after cleaning, so the heating doesn't need to be switched off.
