The rooms are nice, though not luxurious, and the WiFi works well throughout the building. From the balconies and winter garden, the sunrise views are very nice. Staff are always attentive and go out of their way to make a stay pleasant. Breakfast being included is helpful, and there's a nice continental spread.

I stayed here for an official visit from September 23-27, 2025, and found it a productive and enjoyable setting for meetings and networking. The facilities and service made that possible. The venue was impressive, with seminar halls, auditoriums, and a library. The restaurant and guest rooms were top-notch as well. I attended the SmartAg award function and Climate Smart Agri discussions organized by responsAbility (rA), and they were hosted seamlessly here.

An amazing place to stay, but it's only available to Zurich Insurance employees.

A fantastic conference venue, with good food, a decent gym, and bowling alleys.

The building was clean and modern, and the catering was tasty. Wait staff were very friendly. I attended a three-day conference here; it's a little outside the city, though you can get there by tram. The reception and accommodations team were unhelpful and almost rude. There may be better places in Zurich to host an event.
