They were flexible and accommodating with our child's requirements, which made traveling as a family much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a warm, welcoming feel. Its location worked perfectly for us, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly return on another visit to Zermatt. I’d recommend it to families looking for a comfortable stay.

The location felt peaceful, a little away from the busy centre but still within easy walking distance of everything. Our room was stylish and comfortable, with a stunning Matterhorn view. Breakfast had an excellent selection, and the staff were attentive. We had a wonderful stay at 22 Summits, thank you for having us.

We had a breathtaking view of the majestic Matterhorn from this peaceful, quiet hotel. Our spacious, well-equipped suite had an unusual two-story layout, with the living area upstairs and bedroom below, which we found charming. Some corridors between the rooms were a bit narrow.

We’d definitely stay again. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, we enjoyed the spa, and the staff, including the women at the front desk, were very helpful. The little bar at the front was a nice place for evening cocktails. Our second-floor balcony had a Matterhorn view, though I think the higher floors may have an even better one. It’s an easy walk to the gondola. We missed the email note about the complimentary shuttle from the train station and dragged our bags for about 15 minutes. If you stay here, know that the shuttle is available. 22 Summits is an adorable boutique hotel, modern with a rustic mountain feel.
