The spa was a great way to relax after skiing, and getting to the lift was easy on foot or by bus. The hotel isn't right in the town center, but getting around with buses, après-ski and the occasional taxi was simple. We spent seven days walking and skiing here over New Year’s, and it felt like an ideal place for a family vacation. The team made us feel welcome all week, and the staff were consistently kind and accommodating. Our cozy, spotless room had amazing views, and the property itself was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, dinner unforgettable, and we especially loved the multi-course New Year’s meal. We're still smiling about the trip on our way home, and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thanks to everyone for making it so special.

We liked being near Zermatt's activity without staying right in the downtown bustle. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food was very good, and our spacious, well-appointed room had plenty of room for our adventure gear. The spa was lovely too. We can't wait to return.

The hotel has a shuttle for arrivals and departures to the station, which was handy. It takes about a 15-minute walk to reach the main town, and we liked that the area was quieter. Our room was spacious and had a great Matterhorn view. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Switzerland. The one thing we missed was a refrigerator, which is essential for keeping milk and snacks when traveling with a toddler.

We spent two nights here and loved the views of the Matterhorn, especially from the spa. The hotel is away from the busy main street, though we enjoyed walking to and from it. The staff arranged a perfect stay for us, and it was a special experience. We'll be back later this year.

The Hemizeus Family and Team made our Wim Hof retreat group feel so welcome. Everything was just right, from the penthouse and rooms to the breakfast buffet, four-course dinners, spa and cleanliness. The staff were kind, flexible, fun, professional and proactive.
