The sunrise view of the matterhorn from outside was beautiful, and the hotel is close to the train stations. We arrived after hours and found a key waiting for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms very clean, and the bathrooms great. After checkout they let us leave our suitcases for as long as we liked while we went out to see the sights. We had an amazing stay at hotel holiday zermatt!

The hotel was very clean, and it was helpful to have luggage storage during the day. Our room included breakfast, which was a treat before we left. The location was great, close to both the Sunnegga station and the train station. Great service, and I'd highly recommend this place for a Zermatt stay. Thanks for everything!

We forgot our jacket and emailed the hotel; they generously shipped it to us around the world without charging extra. That was superb service. When we stayed last March, the service was great as well. The rooms were clean and had mountain views, and breakfast was the best. We'd definitely come back one day.

This was our second visit to Zermatt. We booked the last family room just one day before arriving, so it wasn't very spacious. Still, we had a good stay thanks to the friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room and the pickup service they provided. The hotel is also close to the gondola station of Matterhorn bergbahnen.
