My Mother and I felt very uncomfortable because the owner was so unfriendly. In the morning, the owner took our key, and when we got back we couldn’t get inside. We were left waiting outside for a hour, with no apology or gesture afterward. When we asked for hot water, the owners tried to charge us and then shouted at us, which left us both very upset. The owners were hostile and misogynistic. There was no kettle or body gel or shower gel in the room, and the breakfast selection was poor. Our stay was poor overall, and it reminded us of a certain famous movie with twins in the hallway.

Clean and modern, but there’s no way to adjust the temperature yourself, and no body gel or shampoo in the shower. Seriously?
