FIVE ZURICH

We had a lovely time at the Five Zurich. Dinner was sushi in the Penthouse on the top floor, and it was one of the best sushi meals I’ve ever had. Great DJ, music, and crowd, too. Felipe was a pleasure to meet and helped us with lots of things, making our stay even more special. Thanks, Felipe! ☺️

The spa was a real treat, and the spacious, bright room was kept impeccably clean, with every detail looked after. The whole place felt thoughtfully designed and well run from the moment I arrived. What made the stay especially memorable was the team’s warm, attentive care. Joaquin gave me a wonderful first impression, and Simon and Georgios also stood out for their professionalism and kindness. I’d highly recommend Five Hotel for a luxurious, relaxing stay where you feel well cared for.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very happy with it. The atmosphere is warm, the service stays consistently high, and the staff are professional and greet guests with genuine hospitality. Mr. Felipe and Ms. Simon at reception kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which we really appreciated. We usually stay in the East Wing, which is separate from the main building, so keep that in mind if you have limited mobility. The rooms are small but clean, with comfortable beds and the necessary bath things, plus coffee, tea, and a nice complimentary touch from the hotel. There’s a spa for relaxing, along with several restaurants serving different cuisines, with excellent service, lovely views, and a summer terrace. In summer, there’s also an outdoor pool and bar area. It has what you need for a good holiday or business trip. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it!!!

The indoor pool is the only reason this gets two stars. We booked expecting it to be as good as Germany and their restaurant soul st, but the restaurant was closed to hotel guests throughout our three-night stay. Customer service and the front desk were awful, nobody answered on WhatsApp, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom with no apology. We had four rooms for three nights. Next time we’ll spend our hard-earned money somewhere else. I don’t recommend this hotel.
