If you're going to the Hallenstadion or Messe Zurich, the location is handy, about a 10-minute walk to each. It's a clean, efficient 3-star economy hotel rather than a luxury stay, and works well as a straightforward base for events. The airport is about 15-20 minutes away by public transport, despite the name. Oerlikon/Seebach is a business area, quiet on weekends and busy during the week. There’s a 24/7 bar and snack service, plus a budget friendly 24 by 7 Kiosk Services, ATM service, and other City Travel Kiosk. It’s a budget and Tech friendly hotel. The rooms are small, but fine for budget travellers, and the staff are really friendly. Charlie's Room is the All-Day Bistro for a quick Dine-In, Cafe, Or Drinks. #IBIS #Hotel #Zurich #Messe

For the price, I expected more. The location feels strange but safe, and the lobby has lots of seating, with a restaurant and music venue attached. Staff weren’t especially friendly, though they did get us checked in. We stayed one night before our flight from Zurich Airport. It’s about 10-15 minutes away by uber, and a shuttle can be booked as well. The room was comfortable enough, but the shower seemed outdated and needed to run for 5 minutes before it got warm.

My Uber pickup and drop-off were at the side of the hotel because access to the parking lot by the front entrance was controlled. It’s only a 45 second walk from reception. The airport was close by, which suited my in-transit stay. The room was comfortable and nicely heated for a cold December evening. The facility was clean, Wi-Fi excellent, and staff friendly and helpful. Snacks were available at reception, though priced high, as they are in many hotels. There also seemed to be a restaurant with a nice, relaxed vibe.

Receptionist Rania was especially patient and accommodating, and everyone at reception was kind and glad to help with our many questions as first-time visitors. My family and I enjoyed our holiday stay. The rooms were cleaned every day and the service was good. We had a good experience overall.

Mrs. Adriana made us feel at home. She was warm, lively, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The whole hotel team was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the staff checked each day whether we needed anything. Thank you, Mrs. Adriana, for everything! I picked this Hotel for several reasons while visiting for a concert, and I’m glad I did. Transport is about 5 minutes away, and the hotel is close to the airport and train station in a quiet area. Coop and Migros are nearby for groceries. I also saw a gym and a field where you can run. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and well equipped, with free Wi-Fi and daily cleaning. Breakfast is a generous buffet with what you need to start the day. For a three-star hotel, it offers an excellent quality-price ratio. We’ll be very happy to return!
