THE FLAG Zürich

I especially liked how Christian adjusted his approach to each guest. He can be formal or more relaxed depending on who he's helping, and he goes the extra mile. I'm a big fan of that kind of service. The staff are all very friendly and the hospitality is sublime. The room was spacious and clean, with a more than adequate bed and fast WiFi. It also had cutlery, bowls, and plates, which worked perfectly for a quick takeaway dinner after a long day on the job.

We ended up here on a whim after a bad experience at a nearby hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were lovely, it was easy to find, and parking was simple. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is continental, with no cooked food, but the quality of what they offer makes up for that.

The location is outside Zürich center, but it worked out easily: the tram stop is a 4-minute walk away, the train station is 6 minutes on foot, and the ride into the city takes just 6 minutes. The WiFi dropped out a little at times, though it was decent overall and didn't really affect my stay. I loved my time at The Flag Zürich. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made the place feel welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable after long days exploring. Breakfast was very nice, and I appreciated the free coffee, tea, and other hot drinks in the lobby. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zürich.

The staff are the best part, especially June, who's always energetic, friendly, and helpful. The Flag has become my go-to in Zurich: affordable, great rooms and facilities, and amazing service. I had a great time here and will stay every time I come to Zurich.
