The apartment was clean, well laid out, and had everything needed to cook. The shower was fantastic and very hot. It was a little too warm inside even with the heating on its lowest setting, and a couple more pillows would have helped, but otherwise we had no problems. The location was perfect and easy to get around from, with a direct train to the centre just a few minutes' walk away.

This was my second time staying with Vision, and I keep choosing them even though the locations change. Everything was fine in general, and I got the room I booked through booking.com. It didn't feel as fresh as it did a year ago, but it was still good for the last-minute price I paid. One pillow was awful, flat like an American pancake. That really needs replacing. I'm forced to give this a one-star review. The photos didn't show the rooms we actually got, which were worse and felt misleading. Ventilation was poor, with the rooms either around 40 degrees or filled with train noise when the windows were open. The bedding was awful: thin, nasty yellow pillows and covers, plus a terrible mattress. Don't get your hopes up for the spa or gym. Cleaning and customer service were nonexistent, and our information was leaked after they were hacked, so our passports are now in unknown hands. This could have been an okay place with air conditioning, decent bedding, and good service, but they chose to cut costs and made it unlivable. There are Airbnbs in Zurich at similar prices, so do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The blocked sink held stagnant water, the floor was stained and gross, appliances were broken, and the rooms were dirty. It looks like the cleaning service has serious gaps. We also had a long list of inventory we were expected to check, which made the stay feel like a chore. Trying to operate as an aparthotel, with apartments booked like hotel rooms, they've failed at both. We came with high hopes and have been left disappointed. Support hasn't replied yet, though that might change my review if I hear back. Right now, Christmas looks set to be ruined. Avoid it.
