This is a very good short-stay option in Zurich, especially for around a week. For the price and location, it's hard to find an apartment of similar quality. It's close to the Old Town and Main Station, and the apartment was clean, with working appliances, a comfortable bathroom and a good shower. The bedroom was a little tight, but the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty for making fresh meals each night, though I would have liked another saucepan or a larger frying pan. Access was straightforward, and the host company sent timely, detailed emails with the location and codes, so we had no trouble finding or entering the apartment. The building was very warm during the summer heat wave, and it was hard to cool the flat, though that may be common with temperatures at 34 degrees. The windows opened fully and let in some air. At night the area could be loud, especially near the pop-up club on the ground floor and a nearby restaurant. This was mostly Friday and Saturday, but louder than average for a city centre. With the windows closed, I doubt the noise would be a problem. There was a lift, but it could only fit luggage or one person at a time. Wi-Fi was generally weak, and two people had trouble using it at once. That didn't affect our leisure trip.

A clean, great apartment with a little balcony right in the heart of Zurich. It was in a nice, quiet spot, within walking distance of Zurich lake and the strict downtown.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we had a really good time in Zurich. Our access code was the only hiccup: it didn't work, so we called support and they got a new one to us very quickly. Thanks for making the stay better.

We had arranged and paid in advance for a cot for our four-month-old, contacting them a month before our stay and checking again with customer service the day before. They assured us it would be set up, but when we arrived there was no cot. Customer service apologized, said there may have been a mistake, and told us none were available and they would refund the payment. That was all they offered, and when we pushed for more help, they didn't even respond. We couldn't believe this had happened. With nowhere for our baby to sleep, we spent almost the whole day trying to find a cot and eventually managed to rent one. The response was horrible. I strongly wouldn't recommend this place, especially to families.

The bedsheets were filthy, with blood on them, and the first-floor windows were transparent while the curtains wouldn't close. There was no real reception, and customer service was awful, even hanging up on me. Horrible place. I'll never come back. Avoid it at all costs.
