The rooms are modern and have an iPad for changing light colors, setting alarms, checking the weather, and controlling the TV. Beds were very comfortable, WiFi was great, and luggage storage was available. Rooms are on the small side, but that should be fine for a couple or someone traveling alone. Check-in was easy, staff were consistently friendly and available, and the hotel itself was clean, modern, and nice. I'd recommend it.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, one of the best nights of sleep I've had. The room was quite small, especially the bathroom, but everything felt very modern. An iPad controls the lights, air, and blinds, which was convenient and honestly fun. The walls and sofas did have some spots and could have been cleaner. The hotel is modern and right in the heart of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the center. Check-in was a highlight: use a device on arrival and choose which view you'd like from the room. Great place for a solo stay or with a partner. I'd recommend it and come back, the modern touches make it feel special.

The staff really stood out, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I also liked the location, the comfortable bed and linens, the good shower, and the breakfast. The bar and restaurant stay open all night, which was handy for dealing with jet lag or keeping an unusual schedule. A few design choices got in the way for us. The bed is pushed against a wall, so a couple can only get in from one side. The lights don't seem to work independently, which meant turning them all on for a bathroom trip at night and waking my spouse. There was no coffee or tea setup in the room, and the iPad controls occasionally changed my settings, including switching all the lights off just after I came in. For a solo traveler who's okay with those quirks, this is a great place. And the staff really are exceptional.

This feels suited only to a solo, English-speaking business traveler. The self check-in on the iPad didn't work unless the room was ready and you were the specific person traveling. Twelve people were asking for help while the staff were already stressed. It took 20 minutes to check in, and we ended up doing it ourselves. The rooms seem to come with just one double bed, squeezed into a corner so a partner has to climb over the other person. The lights are controlled by an iPad, which makes simple things difficult, and the plastic finish doesn't seem likely to age well. The concept feels designed by someone who doesn't travel: clever marketing, poor user experience. The staff were professional, but had little local knowledge or experience and didn't seem to know how to help. That's not their fault, but it still made for a bad stay. My mistake for not choosing a local hotel. I won't make that choice again.
