We arrived for our 5 pm appointment and ended up waiting. After an hour, they said it would be another 40 minutes, so we gave up and left. Nearly two hours of waiting after booking meant we didn't feel like relaxing anymore. It's a shame, because after looking around, BnB Spa seemed right for us. The facilities and the staff's kindness were much appreciated, and the service itself was impeccable. Things had started well, but the wait ruined it. Have a good day anyway.

We hadn't planned to stay this long, but ended up spending more than ten days at BnB Spa Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and full of good advice 👍🏾, and the service was excellent. Getting around the city was easy from this ideal location, and there was a varied menu with delicious dishes. The spa was the icing on the cake, with top-notch treatments. Thanks again for the hospitality and for helping make our vacation wonderful. We'll definitely come back. I highly recommend it, go without hesitation.
