The 270° ocean views were breathtaking, and we absolutely loved our stay. The villa was stocked with everything we needed, plus bread, butter, eggs, milk, tea, and coffee to get breakfast started. I’d really recommend having your own vehicle if you stay here. The villa sits high on a hill, the driveway is steep, and supermarkets aren’t within walking distance. 10/10.

Joy was amazing, bringing anything we ran out of straight away. The villa had milk, bread, butter, water, laundry powder, toiletries, and towels. It also had two huge rooms, a washing machine, kitchen, pool, and balcony. The lagoon views were incredible. Just bear in mind it’s a steep climb up a hill for about 700m to the main road to Miri. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

From the balcony each morning we watched wild pigs in the nearby bush. The views of Muri, the Lagoon, and the night sky were stunning. We loved our time in the apartments.

We stayed two nights in the top apartment at Mai’i Villa 1 - Muri during the first week of September. It had amazing views towards Muri, with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The modern, spacious layout opened from the lounge and dining area onto a covered wraparound balcony with a private pool, BBQ, and outdoor lounge. The Muri night markets are across the road, and the location was great. A car was included in our stay, which we appreciated. The establishment also manages other Mai’i apartments around Raro. We stayed at Muri Ngatangiia Avarua. Highly recommend, and we’d stay again.

Our place was amazing, with the best views. We could see whales from the lounge, and the service was fantastic. Joy, Tara, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, and we had everything we needed. Thank you. I’ll be back soon and stay here again ❤️
