The night-shift woman was very kind, and she had to fix the key problem caused by the man who first greeted me. The place is beautiful, but that man gave me misleading information about the room rate, then quoted a different amount after we’d started settling in. He acted sorry and began bargaining over the new price, which made me think he had bad intentions.

It’s in a peaceful area, very close to the beach. The place was lovely, clean, and pleasant, and everyone was friendly and attentive. Luci was especially welcoming. I’d highly recommend it.

The price was very good, and this will be my go-to place whenever I’m in Arauco. The hostel is welcoming, with clean, comfortable rooms and a perfect breakfast. The young woman in charge was incredibly kind and helpful. 10/10.

We were woken very early by hammering and broom noises. Maybe they were doing improvement work while we were there, I’m not sure. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, or soap at first, but the very kind host gave us those when we asked. There wasn’t a hairdryer either, and the one they brought barely worked. The hostel was okay, but for this area and what you get, I felt the nightly price was too high.

There wasn’t any hot water for showers.
