It’s comfortable and hygienic, though the room isn’t very spacious and there’s no parking. It gets very hot even with air conditioning. The shower has hot water, soap, comfort, and towels. Payment is by cash or bank transfer. I had a room with one single bed and one double bed for four people, at 38,000 per night. Breakfast was balanced and varied, and I recommend it.

There’s a great view of Arica from the roof terrace. The hostel is near the bus terminal, with friendly, attentive staff and clean rooms. It’s good value for money. Breakfast is the weak point, unfortunately, there isn’t much for anyone with a big appetite.

The room had no ventilation, and I only stayed one night. The next day I asked for an invoice when I paid, and they said they’d send it on WhatsApp. I requested it on May 31st and still haven’t received it. Then they blocked me on WhatsApp. A terrible experience.

The hostel is nice and the receptionists are very friendly. My only complaint is all the noise, which seems to be because my room was right by reception.
