Chef Gerardo deserves a special mention for being so kind and clearly putting real passion into his work. We had a lovely time at the restaurant, with beautifully plated dishes that tasted as good as they looked. The service stayed attentive and professional throughout, and the flavors and quality were nicely balanced. I’ll be back soon.

We didn’t get to stay overnight, unfortunately, but we did have a fabulous meal there. The food, staff, and atmosphere were all great. The hacienda and its grounds are beautiful, so I can imagine staying there would be lovely too.

The room was spacious, with a great view of the lake, warm water, and strong Wi-Fi in the hotel’s main areas. Breakfast was tasty and a step above the usual continental spread. Domingo, Javiera, and the rest of the staff were welcoming, kind, and very helpful. It’s a cozy place to stay out in Chile’s wild nature, and I’d recommend it to couples or anyone looking for somewhere quiet and luxurious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits in a beautiful spot by the lake. We visited in November and had some cold days. Guests and staff both felt the chill during the day and at dinner. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and the wines were excellent. I hope it warms up for the staff soon.
