Hotel bermudas inn

The location is very good, and the staff were friendly, but it’s noisy because it’s near the highway. It felt more like a motel than a hotel, and I wouldn’t bring my family here. There was no information about breakfast. They have those fake doors for delivering things, and with the light left on all night I didn’t feel secure or private.

We booked through Booking.com, which didn’t mention anywhere that this was a motel. We were tired from traveling, so we gave it a try, but sleeping was a nightmare because the mattress had a hole in the middle. I don’t recommend it. It’s still a motel, after all.

The service was unbelievably lousy. They don’t answer the phone, promised breakfast that never arrived, and I practically had to fight to get hot water. The bathroom keys didn’t work either. Everything was bad. I’d rather sleep on the street than stay here again.

The rooms are spacious, though they need some maintenance. It’s a roadside hotel, so it’s not for tourists looking for something more upscale.
