The double mattress was badly worn, and there wasn't much openness about the stay's prices or schedule. I also wasn't given a receipt, which I need for my records. The one good thing was that they provided hot water.

After a long, exhausting trip, I arrived to find the apartment I had booked didn't have a TV. They apologized and said it was all they had, though the TV had been broken for days and they hadn't fixed it before my arrival. I'd booked through Booking.com more than a month ahead, emailed repeatedly to confirm everything was ready, and each time they said they were expecting me. The management was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; you get what you pay for. It doesn't even deserve one star.

We needed somewhere to stay at short notice after Hotel Mar Sur had already booked us. The person in charge was very kind and took care of everything we needed. We were really satisfied.
