We arrived in the middle of the night to find that our room had been rented to someone else, even though I had paid for a reservation for Saturday, March 25, 2023. No explanation or real solution was offered. Pedro Matus, the owner, only refunded us and said we could sleep in the reception room, leaving us stranded. It was a disgraceful experience, and I wouldn't recommend trusting this place.

The location is really central, which is good, but I wasn't impressed. Breakfast was very basic. Mmm, no.

Breakfast comes with the stay, and the staff downstairs took good care of us. The hotel is only a block from the main square, too. I'd be happy to come back and stay here again 🥰

The building is lovely to look at, architecturally. Service and breakfast, though, both felt lacking. That's pretty common with older hotels in Concepción, but the prices aren't much lower than those of the well-known hotel chains.

Good for a short visit of a couple of days, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay. The staff are attentive and friendly, and both cleanliness and location were good. Rooms are warm and the shower was very good. Mattresses and breakfast could use some work.
