Bocamar Apart Hotel

The view was the only good part. We paid an exorbitant amount to rent the place for a month and a half, and there was no comfort at all. The mattress was basically springs, with a hole we had to sleep in. Hot water in the shower lasted about five minutes, and the showerhead was always clogged and overflowing. We had to flush three times to get the toilet clean. Don't put too much faith in the photos, they look like they were made with artificial intelligence.

I stayed there in 2022, and it was pretty expensive even in winter. When it rained that night, water leaked into our room and left everything wet, cold, and damp. The sheets smelled strongly of chlorine, and by morning it had burned my whole neck. I told the woman helping me and asked for a discount, but she refused. She gave us a website to file a complaint, which she probably managed herself. Nobody apologized or got in touch. Our room lock didn't work properly, so anyone could come and go, and the main door was always open. The woman's service was terrible, and her attitude was very strange.

We booked on the day we arrived and got an immediate reply. They also let us check in before the scheduled time without any issue. Isabel, the employee, was incredibly helpful and always there when we needed her. The location is fantastic, everyone was super friendly, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely come back.

We went on vacation with our family last week, and this was the second time we've picked this hotel. We come back for the security and especially for Ms. Isabel's excellent welcome and service. She's attentive to all our needs, sorts out our questions, and is very flexible. I highly recommend the place and would choose it again. Best regards!
