The location is fantastic, and Cabañas Ancestros has everything to make a stay more enjoyable. The cabin was large, beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the owner was so friendly and welcoming. I loved it, wonderful cabin, highly recommend!
The location was great, but after we arrived and messaged them on WhatsApp, they never got back to us. We waited until we were tired of it, then had to find another cabin. They didn't even apologize. There are plenty of cabins with better service, so why don't they have a reception area near the cabins?
Everything is within walking distance, and the cabin is close to the city center. It's a good cabin, but it needs more attention to hygiene and appearance. There weren't any towels or kitchen utensils either.
I stayed in the cabin for two nights while I was in Coyhaique for work. It's a nice place and close to everything.
The owner was very attentive to anything you needed, and the place was really clean. The location was great too.
