The women running the place were the main reason we loved our stay. They were so warm and helpful, making sure we had everything despite our poor Spanish and their not speaking English. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and they made us very good scrambled eggs.

We stayed several times and found the location excellent. The staff were very helpful and let us keep our tandem bike inside under the stairs for two weeks. Rooms were clean, and the little kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast included eggs made to order; the rest was much like other Patagonian hotel breakfasts, fairly uninspired.

The hotel is very neat, but a couple of things bothered me. I found it rude that they required payment upfront at check-in. Although the rooms have kitchens, guests are told they can’t use them, and there are no pots or pans provided.

A clean, comfortable hotel in a central location, with friendly staff. It wasn’t cheap, but the price fit the season and the location.
