The only good thing was how accessible it was. We were looking for somewhere comfortable and cozy, but couldn’t manage that at a place right beside the highway, with a garbage dump next door where we saw only some stray dogs as we passed. We didn’t even have time to go in and ask. It was awful, and we were also told the owner is arrogant. I don’t recommend it.

I can’t give it zero stars, though they deserve them. It was a terrible experience from the start, with the owner and his wife. They were almost in the cabin we were renting. The man was annoyed that people were using the pool, and if you said anything, he’d try to set his dogs on you. The woman wanted to charge us for things that were already broken.

The common areas are delightful, and the surroundings are WONDERFUL. The cabins and rooms make for an experience worth enjoying and repeating. It’s suitable for families or business trips, with an excellent location and easy access from the Los Niches intersection on Route 5.

The cabins were clean and had good equipment, but the road is so close that you hear everything. The property also needs better upkeep: the pool wasn't working, though they did fill it after we asked. The owner came across as arrogant and aggressive in both his manner and the way he treated us. I’d only stay here for one night while passing through.
