I left feeling bitter about this visit. The bathroom was dirty and there was sand all over the floor. I couldn't find the maid, and even after ringing the bell many times she didn't show up. We had to wait more than an hour before the usual girl, Angelica, arrived to clean or help us clean. The young man was very inattentive and I didn't like his attitude. On previous visits, the service was very good, with another young man and a girl there, and I had no complaints. This time the service was regrettable.

Ana María was lovely and gave excellent service. I liked the spectacular view and facade, the clean kitchen, the modern door lock, and the fact that pets are allowed. But we could hear our neighbor as if he were at our table, and the main room had no soundproofing, so outside noise came right in. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, the bags were bread bags rather than garbage bags, and the shower soap was just water. The room price didn't feel in line with the service.

We could walk to restaurants, shops, activities, and the town center in just a few steps, yet the retreat felt peaceful and removed from the city's bustle. The rooms had sweeping beach views and soft, comfortable beds, and the staff welcomed us warmly and took good care of us. On our recent trip, the destination exceeded our expectations with its beautiful outlook, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. We had a memorable vacation, and the views, service, and setting are the kind of things that stay with you. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

The balcony is enormous and could fit lots of people, and the view is spectacular. It's a clean, spacious place with great quality and all the amenities.
