The owners were very kind and helpful, and even suggested some trips around the area. You can walk to anywhere in town in just a few minutes, too. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms, which still felt cozy. The storage was thoughtfully arranged and worked well for our things. The hotel itself is beautiful, and you can tell the owners put a lot of love, energy, and money into the renovation. The only issue we had was the hot water. There was a problem with the boiler while we were there, so we ended up taking a cold shower. It wasn't a huge deal in nice weather, but it would be better if it worked.

The apartments were exceptionally clean, and breakfast was tasty in the cozy dining room. The staff were helpful with directions and tips on local attractions and events. The whole interior has a stylish look, with restored pine wood that suits the city's historic area. Cavancha Beach is about a five-minute walk away.

The room had the basics for a good night's sleep: a closet, two beds, a bathroom, and a TV. The heat was stifling because ventilation was weak, though it wasn't as bad at night. A good fan would've helped a lot. The location is excellent, near Baquedano Avenue, the beach, and other amenities. I stayed on February 2, 2026, and liked the peaceful, welcoming feel, with rustic charm alongside modern comforts. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent.
