Residencial Victoria Said

The staff were great, especially Mrs. Yusbelly. It was good value, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and parking. Breakfast costs extra.

Don Salomón was willing to help and sorted out the problems quickly, which we appreciated. The food was tasty and filling, though we had trouble with the kitchen staff, especially on the morning and lunch shifts. Even though we were paying guests, they seemed annoyed when we used the kitchen to eat our own food. The rooms had a few problems, mainly in the bathrooms. We were there during a cold spell, and drafts came in, so the windows and hallway doors could use more secure closures. Housekeeping was also unreliable. We often got back after 6:00 PM to find the room still being cleaned, not cleaned at all, or missing towels.

The new residential complex is lovely, spotless, and very well kept, with convenient parking in a safe, clean area. We were comfortable throughout our stay. The owners and staff across all areas treated us warmly and were always friendly and helpful.

We first stayed here before, and when we passed through Linares again a few weeks ago, we had no hesitation about coming back. The rooms are comfortable, the place feels safe and welcoming, and the staff are friendly. The price was excellent for what you get. Highly recommended!
