The cabin was nice, if a little worn, and the views were great. The gardens were lovely too. I’m giving it three stars only because the poor service from the receptionist spoiled my stay.

There’s a lot of room around the beautiful cabins for walking or storing things, and the price was very good. Each cabin has a full kitchen with a microwave, full-size fridge, stove, oven, and air vent. They sit on a lovely hill and have a porch, grill, and sliding-door access to the master bedroom. Downhill there’s a pool and a cool wooden playground. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

It’s a beautiful place in a great location, which makes it a shame that the heating didn’t work. Heating is a must in the cold weather around here. When I visited, the staff couldn’t or wouldn’t try to fix it, so I can’t recommend staying there for that reason. It could otherwise be an incredible place to stay in Pucon.
