We felt very safe and had no issues like the recent reviews mentioned. The couple running the hostel were friendly, the facilities were good, and we could check in as soon as we arrived on the night bus. The kitchen was good too, hot showers worked, and towels were provided. It's a walk to the center, though still doable, and there isn't much to do in Puerto Montt anyway. I'd recommend staying here.

The beds were a little small for two, but the whole property was clean, and it was the best value we found in Puerto Montt. The owner was warm and friendly with everyone, and even invited us all to share dinner. One of our best stays in Chile!

The owner brings so much energy and enthusiasm that the hostel feels really welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and well heated. One of the best hostels we stayed at in Chile, highly recommended.

Be careful here. Things went missing, and nobody was transparent about how they disappeared. People steal there.

The internet was amazingly fast at 250mb/s, and the staff were amazing too. This hostel was great, everything felt perfect. You should stay here.
