Nobile Hotel Vicente Costanera

After two weeks on Carretera Austral, we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We got a great deal through booking.

They were very friendly and, since I had to leave early, even prepared a lunch box for me instead of breakfast.

The view from our room was spectacular, and the WiFi worked strongly and reliably. We also had a huge, warm room with very comfortable beds, a small walk-in closet, a table, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious, with a bidet, plenty of towels, and excellent water pressure on the fourth floor. I liked having separate shampoo and conditioner instead of the usual combined stuff that leaves my hair frizzy. They'd even warmed the room before we arrived in winter, using a space heater. There was free parking and a nice bar, plus lots of seating in the lobby for relaxing. The building is beautiful, with carved wood balconies, and is protected as part of the National Heritage Registry. Breakfast was great, the hotel was lovely, and the customer service was excellent. It deserves more stars!

There are lovely wood details throughout the interior, and the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and good-sized bathrooms. It's a decent hotel that used to be top tier, though it seems to have missed out on investments and upgrades over time. Traffic around the hotel makes the rooms quite noisy in the morning.
