The cabaña was comfortable and stayed warm even with rain all day. For the accommodation and location, I'd recommend it. But our arrival and the service were terrible. The host wasn't there when we arrived. We tried reaching her through the neighbours, but that didn't help. We eventually called through Booking, and she came 2.5 hours after we arrived. We didn't have internet, so we had to go to a cafe to contact her. Then the price she wanted to charge was higher than the price on Booking. It may have been a mistake, but after making us wait 2.5 hours, she really shouldn't have tried to charge us more. She also cancelled our Booking.com reservation after we'd paid, which was weird and meant we couldn't leave a review there. The accommodation itself was very good, but our service experience was terrible.

It's quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with good facilities, and the owner is friendly. The room was a bit cold and the Wi-Fi didn't work. It's a little far from the city center, so the price is reasonable. If you arrive late, the owner will be out of work.

It's a nice cabin in a quiet, safe location, but quite far from the center, so having a car is convenient. There are a few things missing for a comfortable stay. The heating doesn't do enough when it's cold. There's only one TV channel, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable, though that's because of the location. Internet around Natales is unreliable; I imagine the wind has something to do with it.

The cabins are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with affordable prices. It's a five-minute drive from downtown. An excellent place, highly recommended.
