The Wi-Fi was weak enough that we couldn't use the smart TV, which was the one downside. Still, the place was clean and modern, and the staff were kind and ready to help with anything. I'd definitely stay here again.

Getting in with a code was convenient, so we didn't have to deal with keys or coordinate check-in and checkout. The two-level apartment was modern and well kept, with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, two clean bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed.

The walk up to the bus station is short, though uphill. Staff were helpful, the kitchen had what we needed, and everything else was good.

The location is the only real plus. Checkout is at 10 am, and they insist that you leave by then. I got trapped in the very narrow parking lot by a pickup truck, and there was nobody around to help. Problems go unanswered too, including when we ran out of toilet paper. The single beds are very narrow, and the mattresses much too soft. With better places around Puerto Natales, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We found it clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the person looking after us was so helpful, even giving us a few unexpected extras. Highly recommend it.
