It’s only five minutes from everything, so the location is very convenient for exploring Natal. Don Patricio, his wife, and Daphne gave us consistently good service, and we really appreciated their care and all the amenities. They made sure we had a complete stay and the best experience possible. Breakfast was delicious, and when we had to leave early for a tour, they gave us a full meal to take on the road. Our room had very good beds, cable TV, excellent hot water, and a well-equipped bathroom. I definitely recommend staying here. We’re grateful for all the help they gave us and hope you enjoy your stay too.

Don Jairo was a wonderful host, ready to share any information we needed, and he can prepare a packed lunch if you’re short on time for breakfast. The simple breakfast was delicious. The hostel is cozy and very clean, run by a lovely Colombian family, with quick check-in and payment by card or cash. Cash saves you 19% in taxes. Our room was small but comfortable, with a double bed, private bathroom, closet, and heating. It was very quiet, and we couldn’t hear the other guests. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Natales.

Jairo and his wife were the best part of the hostel. They were extremely attentive and friendly, and sorted out everything promptly and happily, dealing with any problems quickly and efficiently. The facilities were new, spotless, and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It’s well located too. The only thing missing was a closet for luggage.

The room, bathroom, and bed were all clean and perfectly fine. The former Hotel Antarctica is now run by a young couple who are really friendly and do their best to make you comfortable.
