The place was just okay. The bathroom is tiny, though the shower is great, it leaks a lot of water onto the floor. The bed sheets were dirty, and the walls were extremely dirty too. There are two huge TVs, but neither has Netflix or cable. The kitchen sink is so small it’s impossible to wash dishes without water spilling out. Our experience in Puerto Natales was that you pay very high prices for very low quality.

It works, but don’t expect much. The house looks good from 50’ away, but up close it isn’t very nice. The walls and ceiling are cracking, the floors are far from level, and bathroom tiles are loose. It seems likely to be structurally unstable. If there’s an earthquake, you need to run like hell. I’m being generous with three stars, only because so many alternatives are worse. Stay one night in Natales, then get the heck out.

The cabin was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was good. Ideal for a few days exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended!
