The staff were what stood out most. They were so thoughtful and went above and beyond to sort out logistics for my Torres Del Paine hike, including storing my luggage for the whole trek. A taxi into downtown was quick and reasonably priced at 3,000 CLP, and the hotel could arrange it. The rooms have been newly renovated and were extremely clean, with beautiful indoor and outdoor common areas. The hot tub was properly hot and a great way to unwind after hiking. A wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations.

The one thing that would've made the stay easier was a scheduled airport shuttle. Otherwise, this was a great little hotel in a safe part of town, with plentiful parking and gates that locked at night. There was also a pool, a welcome bonus on a hot day. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff were kind and helpful. Much appreciated!

It felt like a big house converted into a hotel. Our four-person room was spacious, though the bathroom was small and dated, and we could hear people walking along the hallway to their rooms. We were a family of three and it worked for us. We only stayed before flying back to Santiago, and you'll need a car because it's not near town.

Roxi handled bookings and helped coordinate our Patagonia trips with real care and kindness. The service was outstanding, beyond what we expected. The hotel itself is calm, very safe, and restorative, with spotless rooms and charming retro cabin-style decor. It’s beautifully maintained, and breakfast was great. Highly recommended.
