We’re so grateful for the Lees’ sincere family hospitality and excellent care during our stay. Mr Lee shared detailed advice from his Torres del Paine W Trek, which helped us plan the timing for our own smooth and immensely enjoyable trek. He also recommended nearby food and attractions in the City Centre, less than 10mins drive away. The owners, CEO Mr & Mrs Lee from Korea, are the warmest, friendliest, most attentive hosts I’ve met. Their spacious rooms and linens are meticulously clean, and the well-kept radiators made the rooms warm and cosy on cold, windy days. The ground-floor guest lounge has all the comforts for spending the day in. The daily buffet breakfast is a treat, with plenty of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order by Mrs Lee 🍳🥰. If you love Korean food, the authentic, delicious Korean dinner menu cooked by Mrs Lee is available by advance order only.

The owners are Korean and speak pretty good English, which is especially helpful if you’re a foreigner who speaks English better than Spanish. It’s a comfortable, clean, nice place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

A lovely place with very warm hosts. It’s spotless and so well kept that I thought it was brand new. A perfect spot to rest and get ready for a visit to Torres del Paine.

We’d happily return. The rooms were outstandingly clean, the service was great, the internet was fast, and it was nice having the option to eat dinner at the hotel. The family who run it take special care with the details, and spending time with the Korean owners over breakfast gave us a chance to learn a little about Korean culture. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp before we arrived. It’s a quiet place close to nature and the Patagonian wilderness, without mechanical noise. If you want to stay right downtown and hear cars outside your window until 3 am, this may not be the place. But if you’d rather be just outside town and watch the Patagonian wind move the grass outside your window, it’s a great choice. A taxi to downtown takes 5 mins and costs less than 5 dollars.
